We conduct a site visit and collect sediment samples, determine the characteristics of the installation (system), perform simulation tests, develop the optimal cleaning technology, and set a convenient date for the service.
We connect to the installation, perform desludging, and introduce the preparation into the system. Proper circulation follows – analytical control of the process and observation of the installation. Then we discharge and neutralize the post-reaction solution, flush the system, hydrate the system, and add corrosion inhibitors.
Disconnecting the unit from the system, control works on the installation, cleaning works, and drawing up a detailed final protocol of the cleaning carried out.
